Job Title: End User Hardware Support Engineer

We are seeking an experienced End User Hardware Support Engineer to join our team at Tata Consultancy Services. As a key member of our EUS Hardware Support team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and resolving IT-related issues for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and resolve IT-related issues for our clients
  • Work collaboratively with a range of people to support the wider business agenda
  • Identify and document User and Service Risks and Issues
  • Co-ordinate incident resolution activity within and across IT teams
  • Remain visible to customers as the face of IT to listen to their concerns and share as needed
Requirements:
  • Excellent working knowledge of Plant IT/Manufacturing devices, such as HP laser, thermal and impact printers
  • Excellent working knowledge of Dell Laptop/Desktop and engineering workstations
  • IT Literate with good communication skills
  • Ability and confidence to work alone when required
  • Basic Windows OS level troubleshooting skills
