We are seeking an experienced End User Hardware Support Engineer to join our team at Tata Consultancy Services. As a key member of our EUS Hardware Support team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for our clients\u2019 plant floor and engineering sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for End User Incidents and IT-related issues
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of plant floor and engineering site IT systems and hardware
  • Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions

Requirements:

  • Excellent working knowledge of plant IT/manufacturing devices, such as HP laser, thermal, and impact printers
  • Excellent working knowledge of Dell Laptop/Desktop and engineering workstations
  • Basic Windows OS level troubleshooting skills
  • IT literate with good communication skills
