We are seeking an experienced End User Hardware Support Engineer to join our team at Tata Consultancy Services. As a key member of our IT support team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for our clients\u2019 plant floor and engineering sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for plant floor and engineering sites
  • Identify and document user and service risks and issues
  • Coordinate incident resolution activity within and across IT teams
  • Work collaboratively with a range of people to support the wider business agenda
  • Possess a clean valid UK driving license for site visits

Requirements

  • Excellent working knowledge of plant IT/manufacturing devices, such as HP laser, thermal, and impact printers
  • Excellent working knowledge of Dell laptop/desktop and engineering workstations
  • IT literate with good communication skills
  • Ability and confidence to work alone when required
  • Basic Windows OS level troubleshooting skills
