Job Title: Director of Client Services

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Client Services Director to lead our client relationships and drive strategic success across multi-channel campaigns. As a key member of our team, you will oversee the planning and execution of large-scale event productions, ensuring seamless delivery from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring client satisfaction across all touchpoints.
  • Drive integrated marketing strategies across various platforms (digital, social, experiential) to meet client goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver innovative, high-quality campaigns.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and KPIs to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Develop and present strategic proposals and campaign reports to senior stakeholders.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Client Services Director, Account Director, or similar role in an agency or in-house environment.
  • Extensive experience in event production and integrated marketing campaigns, ideally within the automotive industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the automotive sector and a clear understanding of client needs within this space.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
