Job Description

As a Strategic Client Solutions Director at Glow Services Corp, you will play a key role in driving business growth through effective client partnerships.

Organisational Relationship: Reports to the COO

Location: London and remote working

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute client engagement strategies to drive business growth.
  • Lead the development of high-quality RFP responses and sole-sourced opportunity proposals.
  • Contribute to the research, planning, and implementation of new services and special projects.
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and project management.
  • Support current accounts with proposition development.
  • Lead new account implementation meetings and ensure smooth transitions from sales to business onboarding.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in client management (5+ years), solution development, and business leadership roles within Telecoms or Financial Services.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and CRM software.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
