Organisational Relationship: Reports to the COO
Location: London and remote working
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute client engagement strategies to drive business growth.
- Lead the development of high-quality RFP responses and sole-sourced opportunity proposals.
- Contribute to the research, planning, and implementation of new services and special projects.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and project management.
- Support current accounts with proposition development.
- Lead new account implementation meetings and ensure smooth transitions from sales to business onboarding.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in client management (5+ years), solution development, and business leadership roles within Telecoms or Financial Services.
- Proficiency in project management tools and CRM software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
