Cambridge University's Staff Counselling Centre is seeking a highly skilled counsellor to join its team. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing support and guidance to university staff members.

Responsibilities:
  • To provide high-quality counselling services to staff members.
  • To work in accordance with the BACP Ethical Framework and maintain a safe and confidential environment.
  • To hold and manage a caseload of complex presentations.

Requirements:
  • Must hold accreditation standards from BACP, UKCP, BABCP, BPC, or as a counselling psychologist with BPS and HCPC.
  • Ability to work in a culturally sensitive way as part of a team of 15 counselling professionals.
  • Proficiency in working with diverse workplace and personal issues.
