Independence and Wellbeing Advocate

We're seeking an experienced individual to support Ben in achieving his goals and maintaining his independence. As an Independence and Wellbeing Advocate, you'll work closely with Ben to develop personalized plans and provide tailored support.
- Developing and implementing personalized support plans.
- Supporting Ben in managing his daily needs.
- Providing emotional support and reassurance when needed.
This role involves working on a flexible schedule with day shifts from 7:30 am to 10:00 pm and night shifts (sleep-ins) from 9:30 pm to 7:30 am. We're looking for someone who is passionate about supporting individuals with autism and promoting their wellbeing.
What You'll Get:- A competitive hourly rate of £13.20, with overtime enhancements (+10%).
