CPSL Mind is a leading charity that provides vital services to individuals struggling with mental health issues in South and East Cambridgeshire. As a Benefits Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring that our clients receive the financial support they need to recover from mental health issues.

In this role, you will be responsible for assessing client eligibility for benefits, preparing and submitting claims, and advocating on behalf of clients to ensure they receive the maximum amount of financial support available. You will also work closely with our team to develop and deliver programs that promote financial inclusion and stability.

We are seeking an experienced Benefits Administrator who can provide expert guidance on benefits and entitlements. The successful candidate will have a strong background in social welfare policy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex administrative systems.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of clients, conducting benefit assessments, and providing ongoing support to help individuals access the financial resources they need. You will also work collaboratively with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and develop programs that promote financial inclusion and stability.
