Strategic Project Coordinator

The Role:
This Strategic Project Coordinator position reports to the AISales IntegrationManager and will oversee project timelines, deliverables, and ensure timely delivery within scope and budget. You will coordinate stakeholders, facilitate collaboration, and manage dependencies while ensuring alignment with business goals and maintaining high-quality standards.
Your Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- BSc, MSc, or equivalent experience in Business Management or Information Technology.
- Strong experience in project and delivery management in an agile environment.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
- A positive, open, and inclusive mindset, with a commitment to fostering a collaborative, proactive, and productive work environment focused on progressing together.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Commercial awareness and understanding of Sales and Marketing strategies.
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, M365 tools, and Lucidchart.
- Working in an AI or software development environment.
Salary: The estimated salary for this position is £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
