Strategic Partnerships Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic individual to provide high-level executive support to the SPO Director and Head of PiPs team. This role involves liaising with internal and external stakeholders, preparing for meetings and events, and providing comprehensive HR support for all staff members.
As an ideal candidate, you should have experience in executive support, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a proactive approach. You will work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and coordinate special projects. Additionally, you will advise on operational matters, recommending solutions and signposting University procedures.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly, busy team and be part of a positive working environment. The team currently works in a hybrid way with one core office day each week. As a successful candidate, you will undergo a health assessment once an offer of employment has been accepted.
