**Job Title:** Senior Programme Manager

The ONE Group Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior Programme Manager to lead and grow our talented team of project managers. With a salary of up to £110,000, this role offers a unique opportunity to drive process improvement and cost reductions while delivering timely and budget-friendly projects that meet customer and business expectations.

 

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Project Management Expert with a proven track record of delivering significant business outcomes using methodologies like PRINCE2 or Agile. As Head of Global Projects, you will oversee the entire project lifecycle, develop and implement clear delivery plans, and manage risks and resources effectively.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement clear delivery plans (6, 12, 24 months), track resources, monitor/report progress, manage risks, and deliver project reviews with lessons learned.
  • Enhance project frameworks, documentation, and methodologies to optimize operational and strategic outcomes.
  • Contribute to mission-critical global communications, with some travel required.
  • Target-driven, commercially aware, and skilled in motivating teams to achieve success.
  • Proven experience leading and developing project managers and improving processes.

 

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of P&L/balance sheets, prioritisation in complex situations, and strategic thinking with attention to detail.
  • Inquisitive and constructive approach to challenging norms, capable of timely escalation to senior management.
  • Holding relevant project management qualifications.
  • Field-specific work and travel requires a full, clean driving license and personal car.
