Strategic Projects Coordinator

The Finance Division is seeking an experienced administrator to provide support to special projects within Financial Operations.
Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, have strong time management and organisation skills, and the ability to prioritise a diverse and changing workload.
The Role:
This role will provide an efficient and effective administrative and project planning function for a variety of projects being led by the Deputy Director of Finance. Tasks will include arranging meetings, collating agendas and papers, taking minutes, and tracking progress, and providing administrative support to the Project Managers, sponsors and project committees.
This position will also provide executive support to the senior management team as and when necessary, e.g. diary management and coordinating internal and external meetings, and will provide PA support cover to the Deputy Director of Finance in the absence of the PA to the Deputy Director.

Location:
The University is supportive of hybrid working, where some work is undertaken on University premises and some in a remote working environment.
