Education Programme Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Education Programme Lead to join our Executive Education team.
This is a full-time, 12-month contract based in Cambridge, with a salary of £32-37k plus great benefits. The ideal candidate will have a graduate-level qualification and a strong understanding of education and training.
The role involves managing executive learning programmes, ensuring high-quality delivery on time and on budget. This includes overseeing logistics, coordinating with faculty and facilities teams, and managing online programme elements.
A formal project management qualification or equivalent experience is desirable. The successful candidate will have a customer-focused approach and proficiency with modern office and learning technologies.
