Cambridge Nursery Job Opportunity: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Level 3 (or above) qualified Third In Charge. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading, mentoring and inspiring a team to deliver exceptional care and education to all children. With a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration, you will work closely with our experienced staff to provide a safe and nurturing environment for our children.

Role Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need a Full and Relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification, previous experience working within an Early Years setting, and strong leadership skills to motivate and support your team. You will also be required to maintain high standards of safety and hygiene within the nursery, and promote positive relationships between staff and children.
