Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Personal Support Allocation Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing personal support budgets, working closely with our Work Well Coaches to ensure effective allocation and utilization of funds.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and monitor personal support budgets, ensuring compliance with project guidelines.
  2. Allocate budgets in collaboration with Work Well Coaches, prioritizing individual needs.
  3. Prepare regular financial reports and track overall budget performance.

Qualifications and Requirements:

To excel in this position, you should possess excellent financial management skills, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills. Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.

Working Arrangements:

This is a full-time role based in our Cambridge office, with flexibility for hybrid working. You will be required to travel across South and East Cambridgeshire occasionally.
