Our nationwide emotional wellbeing team is seeking a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) with excellent organisation and communication skills. As part of our clinical team, you will be providing high quality Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to private sector clients from self-pay, GP, corporate clients and private medical insurance referrals.

Based at our Nuffield Health Cambridge Fitness & Wellbeing Club, you will be delivering remote and face-to-face assessments and treatments, supported by our experienced and dedicated case management and administration team.

About this role:

  • You will be accredited to BABCP (provisional accreditation with BABCP as a minimum).
  • A postgraduate diploma in CBT (or equivalent) is required.

We offer 1:1 and peer supervision, comprehensive continuous professional development consisting of an annual contribution of £500 (pro rata for P/T), and in-house training. You will also have the opportunity to achieve your EMDR qualification and other long-term career development opportunities in supervision, leadership and corporate settings.

Salary and benefits:

The salary for this role is up to £47,750 per annum, depending on skills and experience. We also offer a range of benefits including free private healthcare, gym membership, and a cycle to work scheme.
