Cambridge Counsellor Opportunity

We need a trained counsellor to work with our team members operating the IWF hotline.

Key Job Requirements:

  • To deliver regular one-hour counselling sessions for approximately 10-12 staff members at our Cambridge office;
  • To offer support to non-hotline staff as required;
  • To produce an annual report detailing important observations;
  • To contribute relevant research or best practices to our operational improvement;
  • To ensure timely notification of the Deputy Chief Executive regarding individual staff member concerns.

Salary Estimate: Approximately £58,000 per annum, based on local market rates and qualifications.
