Hospitality Support Staff

Chartwells is looking for an adaptable and reliable hospitality support staff member to join our team. As a facilities assistant, you will play a key role in maintaining high standards of customer care and cleanliness while providing support to our housekeeping, restaurant, and banqueting staff.
Responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining lobby and public areas in a clean and tidy state
- Assisting with setting up rooms or moving furniture as required
- Handling reception duties such as booking theatre tickets or making restaurant reservations
- Supporting customer service initiatives and ensuring customer safety
- Performing various administrative tasks as needed
