Safeguarding and Support Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Social Worker who prioritizes the child's voice in everything they do to join our Family Support and Safeguarding Team.
This role involves managing a varied caseload of Child in Need, Children in need of Protection, Public Law Outline, and care proceedings, focusing on children up to the age of 18.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the lead professional, ensuring timely and effective safeguarding, escalating when necessary.
- Undertake assessments to identify needs, building on strengths, and developing SMART targets for clear outcomes.
- Engage with children, young people, and their families to develop empowering relationships, facilitating change and improving outcomes.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary, ranging from £45,000 to £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
