Enterprise Sales Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Sales Leader to join our team in the UK & Ireland region, focusing on the Healthcare and Life Sciences sectors. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strategic relationships with customers, and leading a high-performing sales organization.
About the Role- Revenue Growth: Define and execute a strategic revenue plan to exceed sales targets, leveraging your expertise in enterprise software sales and deep understanding of the UK & I market.
- Team Leadership: Hire, manage, and coach a team of experienced account executives to achieve business objectives, promoting a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Customer Engagement: Establish trust-based relationships with key decision-makers, providing value-added solutions and services that drive long-term customer success.
- Experience: Proven track record of success in enterprise software sales, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in senior-level positions.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and engineering.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the UK & I healthcare and life sciences industries, including current trends, challenges, and opportunities.
