Enterprise Sales Leader

We are seeking an Enterprise Sales Leader to join our team at Yaz Associates GmbH. As an Enterprise Sales Leader, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the development and execution of sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and leading a small team of BDRs.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-8 years of direct new business sales experience, including account management, and a good understanding of Risk & Compliance for the FIS sector. You will also have excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills, and a proven track record of success and over-achievement of quota.
The estimated salary for this role is £100,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include a competitive salary, bonus scheme, and pension plan, as well as opportunities for career growth and development.
