Job Title: Enterprise Sales Leader

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Leader to lead and grow our US sales team, focusing on driving new business sales and retention in the enterprise market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive growth in the US region
  • Build and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching and development opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and partners

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in enterprise sales leadership roles
  • Strong sales and leadership skills, with experience in building and managing high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Familiarity with salesforce.com and other CRM tools

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this role is $160k – $210k, with uncapped OTE up to $400k. The location is East Coast, USA.
