Global Sales Development Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced International Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at CSG Talent.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have a background in creative consumer goods products and proven experience in international account management or sales development. You will be responsible for implementing sales and marketing strategies, evaluating historical data, and achieving sales budgets in designated markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- To develop and implement effective sales plans to achieve sales targets in designated markets.
- Evaluate market performance and provide regular feedback on new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Achieve sales budgets set in designated markets through effective sales strategies and tactics.
- Work closely with the International Sales Director to map out territory responsibilities and prioritize key areas.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in international sales or account management.
- Strong knowledge of creative consumer goods products and their market trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including health insurance, pension scheme, and annual leave.
