The Opportunity
As an Executive Manager at Azets, you will have the ability and motivation needed to:
- Manage your own portfolio and contribute to the running of your section, with input into workflow planning and strategic decision-making.
- Consistently bring new opportunities and work to the Group, driving revenue and profitability targets.
- Foster enduring client relationships through exceptional service delivery and effective communication.
- Develop and implement initiatives that drive team performance and inspire talent development.
Key Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities as an Executive Manager will include:
- Managing a client portfolio with higher-level client responsibility and oversight of team portfolios.
- Utilizing workflow management tools to optimize portfolio performance and minimize client contact with partners.
- Dealing with all aspects of client service, including technical areas, with support from Director/Partners.
- Developing opportunities for the Group and flagging them to Director/Partner for consideration.
- Working autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team to deliver high-quality advice and services.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- ACA/ACCA/CA or equivalent qualification.
- Experience managing a client portfolio and working with clients across various industries.
- Proven coaching and mentoring skills, with a track record of developing junior members.
