We are seeking a results-driven Account Executive to join our team at beBee Professionals in Glasgow, United Kingdom. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients, leveraging industry trends and market insights.
- Prepare and deliver tailored presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing our products and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services, meeting client expectations.
- Track and report on client satisfaction and account performance, providing actionable insights for improvement.
- Negotiate contracts and renewals with clients to maximize revenue, while maintaining strong relationships.
- Previous experience as an Account Executive or similar role, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust with clients.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach, consistently striving for excellence in client satisfaction and revenue growth.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new tools and technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, with a strong understanding of industry trends and market dynamics.
