Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to patients, staff, public, internal and external customers and organisations.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and filing systems, ensuring they are up to date and accurate.
  • Participate in meetings as required, contributing to discussions and implementing changes to systems and procedures as directed.

You will also be responsible for monitoring security within the building, ensuring reception and waiting areas are kept clean, tidy and safe, and reporting and recording sickness, absences and any incidents or accidents in accordance with Trust Policy.
