Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Community Reception team as a Flexible Part Time Receptionist. The successful candidate will provide reception and administrative duties, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the work environment. This includes receiving and directing patients and visitors, providing sensitive support, and maintaining effective communication channels.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide reception and administrative duties to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the work environment
- Receive and direct patients and visitors, providing sensitive support when needed
- Maintain effective communication channels, including telephone and face-to-face interactions
- Assist with data collection, statistics, and report generation
- Monitor security within the building and maintain clean, tidy, and safe reception areas

Requirements
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience in word processing, spreadsheet, and email software
- Experience with patient administration systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work without supervision

Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is £18,000 - £22,000 per annum, depending on experience.
