We offer specialist inpatient and community services that support physical and mental health, including high secure mental health facilities. Our social model of health is designed to support the prevention and population health agendas by activation through learning, social prescribing, and community.

Job Requirements
  • Receive and direct patients and visitors on arrival at the centre, providing reception services for patients, staff, public, internal and external customers and organisations.
  • Answer telephone calls using the switchboard system, receive and process incoming and outgoing telephones calls, taking messages and responding appropriately to maintain effective communication channels.
  • Sort and distribute mail to all departments.
  • Assist with the collection of data and statistics to produce standardised computer-generated reports and/or statistical information for managers as and when required.
  • Monitor security within the building and ensure the reception and waiting areas are kept clean, tidy and safe.

The estimated salary for this role is £22,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience. To be successful, you will require proven knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and email software.
