The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

As an Administrative Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for receiving and directing patients and visitors, managing incoming and outgoing calls, sorting and distributing mail, and assisting with data collection and statistical reporting. You will also ensure that reception and waiting areas are clean, tidy, and safe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, staff, and visitors
  • Manage switchboard operations, answering telephone calls and responding to messages
  • Sort and distribute mail to all departments
  • Assist with data collection and statistical reporting
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment in reception and waiting areas
