Administrative Support Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Officer to join the Faculty of Health at Liverpool John Moores University (LJMU). This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a talented team and contribute to the delivery of our university's strategic objectives.

About the RoleThis Administrative Support Officer will provide advanced administrative support to students and academic staff, covering all aspects of academic administration. This includes efficient maintenance of our student information system (SIS), provision of statistical information, and coordination of activity for designated programmes.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within our student information system (SIS)
- Provide relevant statistical information to support School or Faculty processes
- Support registration, attendance, assessment, and graduation processes
- Coordinate activity for designated programmes
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous relevant administrative experience
- Able to work professionally with people across the university
- HNC/HND or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Competency in using Information Systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to deal discretely with confidential and sensitive information
