Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and efficient Business Operations Coordinator to join our team in Kirkby, Merseyside. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the management team and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Inputting timesheets and managing employee absence records
  2. Providing credit control and accounts management services
  3. Overseeing office maintenance and supplies

This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a well-established accountancy practice. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as an Office Manager or Administrative Assistant, with a proven track record of using SAGE accounting software.

Salary: £19,000 - £20,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
