Responsibilities
  • To provide administrative support to the conveyancing department, including preparing correspondence, sales contracts, and leasing agreements.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office software and ability to work effectively at a senior level, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • To assist in preparing legal documents for corporate conveyancing transactions and opening Commercial, Estate Planning, and general files as needed.
  • Performing various administrative tasks including filing and managing correspondence, upholding high standards of professionalism.
  • Assisting with monthly billing and expenses, ensuring timely completion, and providing general administrative support to other staff members as required.
