Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Administrator Assistant to join our Secure & SpLD Division at Rathbone LSU. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to inpatient areas across the division.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will possess strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and maintain accuracy in your work.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Administration Support: Provide timely and accurate clerical, administration, and cashier duties to support inpatient areas across the division.
  2. Minute Taking: Prepare and take minutes of various meetings, ensuring they are distributed in accordance with agreed timescales.
  3. Clinical Document Management: Audit clinical documents to support clinical teams on the wards and input data into relevant Patient Clinical Information Systems.
  4. Diary Management: Coordinate ward round documentation across all disciplines and maintain membership lists via clinical information and email systems.
Person Specification
  • IT skills and experience.
  • Previous experience working in an admin role.
  • Business Administration Level 3 or alternative relevant experience.
What We Offer
