Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Medical Office Assistant Manager to join our team at Yew Tree Medical Centre in Liverpool. As a key member of our administration team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the practice, providing exceptional patient care, and supporting our clinical staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, responding to queries, and handling paperwork efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records, process prescriptions, and update patient information.
  • Provide administrative support to clinical staff, including preparing letters, reports, and other documents.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including data protection and confidentiality policies.


Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year's experience working in a GP practice or similar setting.
  • Strong understanding of Emis software and related systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
