Job Overview:
The role of a Medical Secretary in the Neurorehabilitation team is to provide administrative support to the Consultant and Clinical Team. This includes transcribing letters, booking appointments, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transcribe medical reports, letters, and correspondence using digital dictation systems.
  • Manage patient follow-up appointments and bookings for admissions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date waiting lists, suspended outpatient lists, and referrals.
  • Organize the Consultant's diary and handle patient-related queries.
