Medical Secretary for Mental Health Teams

An exciting opportunity has arisen at North West Boroughs Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, Liverpool, for a highly motivated and enthusiastic full-time Medical Secretary to support the Community Mental Health Teams.
The ideal candidate will be expected to work with a flexible approach, maintaining confidentiality at all times when dealing with sensitive information.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide a comprehensive professional secretarial service to an excellent standard ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Organise their own workload and co-ordinate activities with other Medical Secretaries in the team.
- RSA111 or equivalent qualification is essential.
- Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office are required.
- A relevant diploma or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills are necessary.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality is crucial.
£24,071 - £25,674 per annum
