Medical Secretary

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic full-time Medical Secretary to join our Administrative Team at the Transformation Unit in Liverpool.
The successful candidate will work closely with our Community Mental Health Teams, providing administrative support and typing clinical correspondence in a timely manner.
This role requires a flexible approach, maintaining confidentiality at all times when dealing with service user/staff information.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide a comprehensive professional support secretarial service to an excellent standard ensuring a high level of accuracy.
- Organise own workload and co-ordinate activities with other Medical Secretaries in the team.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly telephone manner.
- Work to tight deadlines and withstand the pressure of a busy department.
- Work autonomously while maintaining communication with the team.
We offer a competitive salary package of £24,071 - £25,674 per annum, reflecting the importance of this role in supporting the delivery of high-quality patient care.
