Job Summary

Triple West Medical is seeking an exceptional Consultant Psychiatrist to join their successful department on a Substantive or NHS Fixed Term basis for 12 months.

The selected candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality mental health services to patients in the North West, serving over 11 million people. This prestigious NHS Trust offers specialist inpatient and community services that support physical and mental health, including mental health, learning disability, addiction, and brain injury services.

The successful appointee will be expected to perform various duties, such as:

  • Conducting regular formal ward reviews throughout the week, including discharge planning
  • Participating in Case Conferences, CPA, and Section 117 reviews as required
  • Liaison clinics
  • Administration, audit, and training as appropriate
  • Attending Continuing Professional Development meetings and mandatory training events
  • Mental Health Tribunal attendance

Requirements

  • GMC Registration
  • AC status and S12 underpinnings
  • Possession of outstanding skills and qualifications

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary of £110,000 - £160,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits.
