Job Summary:

We are recruiting for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Administrative Assistant to join our team at NHS Liverpool University Hospitals Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to Consultant Physicians and their teams, ensuring the smooth operation of our services. Your main duties will include managing waiting lists, coordinating travel and accommodation arrangements, and preparing presentations and reports.

Main Responsibilities:
- Manage waiting lists, ensuring patients are reviewed promptly and follow-up appointments are arranged
- Coordinate and arrange travel and accommodation for Consultants and staff members
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents as required by the medical team

Requirements:
- Educated to GCSE/O Level standard or equivalent
- RSA/OCR Typing/Word Processing Level 1 or equivalent
- RSA/OCR Audio Typing Skills Level 1 or equivalent

Salary: £25,820 - £28,755 per annum pro rata (dependent on qualifications and experience)
