Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Law Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at Page Personnel Sales. As a key member of our administrative team, you will play a vital role in supporting our lawyers with legal document preparation, conducting research, and ensuring accuracy in case preparation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare legal documents, such as contracts and pleadings.
  • Conduct thorough research and fact-checking to ensure accuracy in case preparation.
  • Support lawyers in trial preparation by organizing evidence and preparing court documents.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and legal professionals to provide excellent customer service.
  • Manage confidential legal documentation, maintaining the highest level of discretion and professionalism.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Law or related field.
  • Excellent research and writing skills, with the ability to analyze complex information and present it clearly.
  • Strong experience in legal documentation, including MS Office and legal software proficiency.


This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic team. We offer competitive compensation, including a salary range of $55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience.
