Job Requirements
  • To have experience in administrative roles within Conveyancing and Leasing, utilizing expertise to drive business growth.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively at a senior level with Microsoft Office software.
  • To prepare correspondence, sales contracts, leasing agreements, disclosure documents, and other relevant documentation with precision.
  • Opening Commercial, Estate Planning, and general files as needed, maintaining accurate records, and assisting in preparing legal documents for corporate conveyancing transactions.
  • To perform various administrative tasks including filing and managing correspondence, upholding high standards of professionalism.
Compensation Package

The estimated salary for this position is $75,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications, reflecting the value we place on our employees' contributions.
