Key Responsibilities
  • Departmental Support: Provide administrative assistance to ensure smooth operations within the division.
  • Diary Management: Manage diaries and calendars for staff members, ensuring accurate scheduling and coordination.
  • Document Creation: Create documents, emails, and other correspondence as required.
  • Leave Management: Coordinate leave and absence for team members, ensuring adequate coverage.
  • Minute Taking: Take minutes during meetings, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Clinical Support: Provide a professional clinical personal assistant service to clinicians, supporting them in managing clinical pathways.
  • Software Proficiency: Utilize Microsoft applications effectively, providing expert support to colleagues.
  • MDT Meetings: Assist in planning and organizing MDT meetings, ensuring seamless coordination.
  • Liaison: Establish effective relationships with clinical and non-clinical staff, resolving any issues that may arise.
