Office Administrator

About the Company

We are a fast-growing, industry-leading online tool hire broker, working with thousands of products from thousands of UK branches. Our premises provide a great working environment in a beautiful, air-conditioned barn conversion, situated on the Earl of Derby Country Estate in Knowsley.

We are a friendly team, ambitious and leading-edge, forging new methods and technologies in an established sector. Our bespoke booking system stands alone in the sector, we will train anyone joining the business in this simple, but effective, booking/ordering system.

About the Role

The successful candidate would have the following qualities:

  • Pay attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
  • Team player, the department is an experienced efficient team and it is imperative that everyone will help where workload demands (assuming they have been trained).
  • Assisting all Departments with administration duties as and when required.
  • Confident on the phone when dealing with customers or suppliers is essential.
  • Experience of working in an office environment is essential.
