Fletchers Solicitors - Administrative Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to support our team at Fletchers Solicitors. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the leadership team, including diary management, meeting organisation and minute-taking.
  • Assist with reception duties, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls and dealing with post.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying and data entry.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, clients and external partners.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally within a legal or professional services environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information, as required.
