Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join our team at Page Personnel Sales. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to our staff, including scheduling appointments, planning meetings, and taking detailed minutes
* Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and maintain a filing system
* Order office supplies and provide general support to visitors
* Update and maintain office policies and procedures
Requirements:
* Proven experience as an administrator, administrative assistant, or similar role
* Familiarity with office management systems and procedures
* Proficiency in MS Office
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Problem-solving skills
