Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Risk and Governance Team as a coordinator. The successful candidate will support the Trust's Risk Manager in ensuring that risk and governance processes are fully embedded across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Risk & Governance Team, specifically the Trusts Risk Manager.

Meeting Coordination: Manage and coordinate various meetings which fall under the remit of the Risk & Governance Team.

Incident Reporting: Monitor the Trust incident management system (Datix), providing various reports as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will have excellent administrative, verbal and written communication skills, together with attention to detail and the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team. They will also be able to use a range of communication skills, including empathy, persuasion, tact, negotiation and influencing.

The salary for this role is approximately £32,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
