We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Governance Support Specialist to join our team at Alder Hey Children's NHS Foundation Trust.

Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and proactive individual to provide support to the Corporate Governance and Quality Team in all aspects of its administrative, governance, and compliance responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Corporate Governance and Quality Team.
  • Manage and oversee the Central Alert System (CAS), Document Management System (DMS), and weekly Patient Safety Meeting.
  • Support the Risk Management Manager and Clinical Audit and Effectiveness Manager in delivering their work portfolios.
Requirements
  • Educated to Undergraduate Degree level or equivalent experience.
  • Project Manager Qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Previous working experience in a governance team.
  • Experience of using NHS Risk Management System.
  • Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft office programmes.
  • Knowledge of Caldicott Principles, Data Protection, and Freedom of Information.

As a Corporate Governance Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of high-quality patient care while maintaining effective governance and compliance practices.

The estimated salary for this position is approximately £28,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
