Job Title: Executive Assistant, Administrator or Office

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join our team at Page Personnel Sales. As an Executive Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our staff and management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and files
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist with special projects and events as needed
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other software applications
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
