Job Description

In the North West, Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust serves over 1.4 million people, offering specialist inpatient and community services for physical and mental health. As a Flexible Part Time Receptionist, you will be part of our Community Reception team.

About the Role
The successful candidate will provide reception and administrative duties to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the work environment. This includes receiving and directing patients and visitors, providing sensitive support when needed, and maintaining effective communication channels. You will also assist with data collection, statistics, and report generation, as well as monitor security within the building and maintain clean, tidy, and safe reception areas.

Requirements
This role requires an NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification, along with proven experience in word processing, spreadsheet, and email software. You must also have experience with patient administration systems, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work without supervision. Additionally, you should be able to transport yourself around the community and meet the essential criteria outlined in the person specification.

Salary
The estimated salary for this position is £18,000 - £22,000 per annum, depending on experience.
