The Faculty of Health at Liverpool John Moores University is committed to delivering high-quality education and research. We are looking for a skilled Faculty Administration Assistant to provide administrative support to both students and academic staff.

Main Duties:
  1. Provide administrative assistance to students and academic staff, covering all aspects of academic administration.
  2. Maintain accurate and efficient records in the student information system (SIS).
  3. Support key processes, including registration, attendance, assessment, and graduation.
Essential Skills:

Candidates should possess previous relevant administrative experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Proficiency in using Information Systems and Microsoft Office is also required.
